Return Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery or the wrong product has been delivered.

Return Request

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions

✔ Product should be unused.
✔ Original packaging must be intact.
✔ Invoice should be available.

Refund Process

After successful inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used or damaged products due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
